From September 2024, we are proud to be able to offer Wraparound Care on-site at Itchen Abbas Primary School.

There will be 2 different offerings for wraparound: 

8am - 8.15am - Early Bird Drop off. This will be charged at £2 a day and can be booked ad hoc or in advance using the booking form below. This will be charged to your SCOPAY account for payment.

3pm - 4/5pm - Wraparound Club. This will be charged at £6 an hour and must be booked in advance. (Advance means at least 3 days notice is required). You can sign your child up, using the booking form below, for one hour, both hours, on some weeks but not others - whenever works for you. Children can also attend other clubs we offer (such as TPA, Interg8 and Tennis) and then join Mr Robbins for the second hour if you wish. There is a limit of 13 children on each day, so we will process your booking forms and set up a payment option for you on SCOPAY. Once payment has been received, Mrs Smith will email you to confirm that your child can attend Wraparound Club on the days/times you requested.

Please ensure you have read the Wraparound Policy and Children's Agreement below. It is important to read all sections, including late pick-up charges and what happens in the event of illness etc.

Alternative Wraparound Providers

We also offer parents wraparound care through the use of external providers. We have a number of highly regarded child minders/nannies around Itchen Abbas who provide care for children before and after school. If you would like their details, please contact the school office for more information.

We have also established a link with The Nest to provide a wraparound service. The Nest is a family run childcare setting in Winchester, offering families flexibility and peace of mind. The Nest provides year-round daycare for babies and children from 3 months to eight years plus. They also provide before and after-school childcare to meet the needs of your family.
